Behind the Scenes w/ (Emergency Backup) Steve

A new "behind the scenes" video, starring a 2-D approximation of my (video-averse) (spectacularly wonderful/hot/handsome) husband, and his thoughts on having a wife who writes candidly about, well...everything. Ladies & gentlemen, meet Steve!

I really loved this post and seeing you on camera! Great insight to all relationships, not just marriage.

Tell Steve his "cameo" was excellent! ;)

You and Steve are one of the super couples of our times. Also you are adorable.

I'm enjoying your vlogging...although I was secretly hoping that it would be a full-size cut out of Steve with ventriloquism action going on. :)

This video made me laugh despite the fact that emergency backup Steve is just that, a back up... I am so glad that the real Steve is behind the scenes supporting your writing and your transparency. It's definitely something that I have been trying to emulate as I read my own husband's memoir and imagine it being published. It takes some serious strength, trust and love!

Clever, imaginative and such sound advice makes this "behind-the-scenes" vlog a true delight. Your warmth and honesty shine right through the screen, Trish...what a joy!

Loved this, and especially the part about how marriages can be great but also they can have 'texture' ... also, I know you're not online this week... WHY AREN'T YOU ONLINE THIS WEEK??? ... but Swishy and I DIED when we saw you acknowledged US in A Maze of Grace! We are sooo honored, and discovered it TOGETHER while we were on the phone! SO AWESOME! Big X and Os to you!!!

I'm going to just go out and say what everyone here is thinking: Nice try! Unless you can get a real Steve on camera, we are all just going to believe that he's a product of your imagination. That picture? Came with the frame, of course. ;-)
