Back to basics, I guess

A real estate listing I saw today:

"This exceptional home features a fully-peaked roof and sheet rock walls."

Seriously, walls are a feature now? And a roof with a point on top? (As my brother in law pointed out, what does it say about the floors in this place that they're not even mentioned?)

I'm calling our realtor first thing tomorrow to ask him to add "sheet rock walls" to our condo listing.

I watch House Hunters & pretty much every single person at some point says "I love the windows that look out"

What about doors? You know, in case someone without superhero powers wants to come visit without destroying the sheet rock walls?

....it has a peaked roof AND walls.

Dang. You should snap that baby up right away!

Roof and walls. Hmmm...if those are the selling points, you might want to make sure it has plumbing! Good luck on your search!

if anything i'd think sheet rock walls would be a turn-off. granted, i'm sure most homes have sheet rock, but i've never heard anyone boast about them. :)

lol. These are the sort of listings that I walked into with my realtor and the house looked like something out of a horror movie. Sure, the house had walls but the floor sloped down by 45 degrees on one whole side of the house. Hey, who needs level floors when you have WALLS!

My house came with doors that had both hinges AND knobs.
